my personal 5.3 is gapped at 24 top and bottom
.0055 per bore on boost/nos and .006 race app.

So i just noticed my 5.3 has stronger rods than my donor 5.3.... So I'm going to swap piston from donor onto my rod....

Also noticed donor 5.3 piston has a cross on it and my 5.3 does not....... Assuming basically the same piston right?

Well i just switched the rods and pistons so now i gotta gap all rings and throw it back together and beat the hell out of it...

I also picked up everything to put meth on..... That should make it allot more

I wish i had E85 around here, but im in westen nebraska so there isnt much here for selection... 91 is the best i can get here....

Just the stock rings that were in there.... i just gapped the top rings to 25 and installed ARP rod bolts and called it good.

Tommorow ill get it put back together and go beat on it! Ill let you guys know the outcome!
