What was that at 5:07 that sounded like a miss? And your tow/haul mode, I believe you can "tune" your transmission settings to your liking in tow/haul. If that is correct you could have your normal drive mode be a more conservative shift setup and tune the tow/haul to be more aggressive and hold gears longer. May look deeper into tow/haul, it might do more than just trans.

Are you still using an IAC? can't remember if you got rid of it on this build or not.
If you still have it, I was able to fix a hanging idle on my camaro years ago by:
Idle
Idle airflow
Throttle cracker
Make sure your enable speed is 2mph and disable is 1mph
Then under
airflow
Just lower all that **** and the idle shouldn't hang up anymore

Denmah download the Russ K idle config. from HPT.com and data log the truck when it's cold. You'll want to do it in P, N and D cold and hot.
Simply put though, if the RPM hangs returning back to idle, it's normally from too much running air flow. If it's stumbling and wanting to die returning to idle it doesn't have enough.
