Nothing is jigged or skimped on to cut any costs here. We will be offering this kit to up to 6 people at once. We don't build one kit then send it out to be mass produced!!!

The quick run down on the kit.....

This kit is a one up on the typical run of the mill truck manifold kit. First off this kit does come with the manifolds pre v-banded! Because of this there is no cutting of the passanger side k member at all. In addition of that there is no cost of relocating of the alternator, it keeps that fugly sucker down low where it belongs. Also with this kit and it being hand built it keeps the sway bar in the stock location keepin your car firmly planted on the road! All of our hot side piping used in our kits are full 304 stainless steel...no mild steel used here, As the same for our cold side, we only use 6061 aluminum. Both sides are fully tig welded and fully back purged to ensure perfect weld quality inside and out!

-V banded manifolds
-304SS crossover with 2 o2 bungs and t4 flange & 46mm wastegate flange
-3in down pipe with extra o2 bung ( also enough down pipe to get to side of trans)
-Full cold side piping to intercooler
-Charge pipe with 50mm BOV flange
-All couplers and clamps (your choice of color)
-4x12x31 inch intercooler
-Intercooler support brace
-PW46mm wastegate (Precision)
-PT7675 turbo (Precision & your choice of A/R)
-TiAl 50mm Q blow off valve
-Oil feed & drain lines

3975.00 and free build-installation for any in house car!

This kit is contains top quality PRECISION parts at a true value! There is absoutly nothing skimped on this kit even parts Although if you wish to change parts that can be arranged upon request, same goes with all flanges and bungs.

As most of you know, the PT7675 is one mean turbo with a reputation of winning on the track...the only chinese about our turbo supplier is the egg rolls the employees eat on lunch. Same goes with the wastegate, Its not the normal lil 38mm wastegate most other manifold kits come with. This comes with a matching precision 46mm wastegate and TiAl 50mm q blow off valve in choice of color. Any questions feel free to ask!

Now some pics of the turbo kit and other in house builds....

Nice looking kit, I'd like to see them with a 2" crossover instead of a 2.5". It would perform better at the end of the day knowing the power level your shooting for.

No, the radiator doesnt have to be stood straight up whatsoever. Alternator needs not moved either. just requires AC remove, but Turbo Joe offers a kit that retains AC as well with all the other great benefits. And to answer the question, no there are no boost creeps with the wastegate location, i've done over 30+ WOT pulls on my car, as well as street driven it, and have YET to see any boost creeps.

The truck mani kit is EXTREMLEY efficient. Though, im actually contemplting standing my radiator up just so i can use my stock fans, even tho its not required whatsoever. My derale pusher fans suck and for whatever reason they only run on low speed, only kick on high when manually commanded via HPtuners.

Would you sell just the v-banded truck manifolds from the kit?

Nice to have you guys in the backyard and this looks really nice. For people that want to keep their a/c, What's the cost of the a/c setup and what does it look like?

Could you get in on this without the turbo? Would the turbo that comes in the kit work well with a 383?

We can build you a kit we would just need to know what turbo you would be using.
