Default Thoughts on this turbo kit

I know its an egay kit, but it keeps ac. Point is I've never seen one routed like this. Would a vertical radiator still be a must? Or is it pure crap like all the other eBay kits? Really just interested in the piping. If I can get better vbands and throw the junk waste gate away, but use the piping and manifolds, it might be worth it. How about ground clearence as well?

I had a pro turbo kit with a 76mm precision one time like that and no I didn't have to stand the radiator up. but it was real close to the fan and had to cut on the shoud a little.

Vertical radiator is not a must. There have got to be at least 10+ threads started about this kit. It is based off the old PTK kit. It has been around a while. I have done one on a friends care and honestly it not that bad of a kit!. There are a few things to know while installing this kit. Just to name a couple, the driver side header flange bolt hole in the rear doesnt perfectly line up..you will have to dremel it out some to work(elongate it). Another is to always keep EVERYTHING loose until you line it up then tighten it all down. The spark plug wires need to have boots put on because they lay on the header. Almost always you need to do an aftermarket power steering hose line kit because the stocker is too close and will melt and cause a fire(ask me how I know!). O2 bung is in a pinch spot and recommend it being moved. The steering knuckle might touch, its close but can be solved by loosening everything and aligning then tightening back down. Alternator relocation will be needed, turbo goes in its place. Possible that Vbands are slightly warped and might need some copper banding to get it to seal. ETC...just search for the builds. Have fun!
