Turbo Cam?? I am looking for a turbo cam that I can run N/A for a while till I have the money for a turbo kit I am building.

I would call one of the sponsors and see what they have to offer. There is a reason they do what they do for a living. There are a couple of sponsors that have really nice, proven camshafts. Martin has had some interesting boosted cams here recently. You could always call a couple of places to see which you like best.
