Fresh Turbo Blowing Oil Out of Exhaust

journal bearing. but why have i never had this problem with this turbo before??? doesn't make any sense why it would start doing it now. Can i use a n20 pill in line as a restrictor?

People sell fittings online that allow you to use N2O jets as a restricter for your turbo or you can just make one up. They also sell fittings with the holes drilled accordingly. Or weld it shut and drill it out with a good accurate drill bit of the appropriate size.
As for why you didn't have a problem before, not sure but it sounds like you were just lucky. 60 psi is way too high at idle without a restricter for MOST turbos, period. Unlike what half of the responses in here would lead you to believe restricters are pretty damn common and their necessary size varies with your motor's oil pressure and your turbo is probably fine.

And if you can fit the nitrous pill, then yes.

at this point its not the drain i took my clear 1 inch hose from the turbo put it straight into a bucket. Turbo still Smoked like a ******* bitch spewing oil out the exhaust... I guess once oil blows past the seals once they are done. well im done ******* with it, **** precision

Good advice posted above...put a real restrictor in it...0.080 is a good start..those pics you posted are not restricting.

I totally agree. I think there's a wide misconception among turbo guys..." that once a hot oil passed through the seals then it's all over". Not true at all. If you ever taken one apart you'll understand exactly what onfire is talking about.

Lol you haven't been around many heavy rotor journal bearing turbos then
If you think 60psi should puke oil ahhhhh no
All the diesel stuff I am around run 45-65+ journal bearing with -4/-6 unrestricted feeds
Put a baby restrictor in there and once it burns up send it back to precision and see what they say
