Good job Mike.I hope you're putting wheelie bars on it for those 10 psi launches. You guys have made so real progress in the last couple months. Will the car be ready for Norwalk?I can't wait to see it in action.

Not really on the market just yet. I believe the only way to get it right now is to call Kurt at Wheel to Wheel and beg Mike and Steve's car was selected to feature the system initially and show it off at the races. I believe it is supposed to be avail by the end of this month.
Cool features: uses all factory GM sensors! Only sensor that was changed was the MAP sensor (3 bar). No edist or anything else needed. Uses factory coils with no missing or cutting out. Has built-in two step. Can also control the 4L60E or 4L80E. I believe the basic box is around $2,000, and the tranny and a few other options are add-ons. Also logs everything on its own, so no need for ATAP or EFI live.
You can contact Kurt through PM...his user name is 427.

Not much info on Big Stuff 3. There are only a few dealers. It is available now for standard engines. It will be available for gen 3's in May. A new thing that worked very well was the ability to fire the injector when we wanted based on RPM. This made the idle quality with a 160lb hr injector very impressive.
The dyno cell getting "dirty" is because the dyno cell "changes the air" about 6 times per minute. When I exceed 1000 hp it starts to put ex in the room. This can make the inlet air taint with ex. Mike and Steve's engine has its air inlet in the front on the pass side, this is where the fresh air enters our room. I don't think it was hurting this engine, if at all. I have run 1400 hp in that same cell.
If the engine "breaks" in two passes it will be because we wore it out on the dyno!!
Good luck Mike and Steve....

I have two sets of manifolds like that.... and have been tinkering with a budget single turbo set-up using two passenger side manifolds.... passenger side facing back, like normal, driver side facing forward and down... it is tight up next to the steering rack, but will fit. Alternator up top where QMP/TTi have it... passenger side crosses under the tranny and then up in-between the driver side motor mount and block, meeting up with the turbo on the driver side.... which is mounted perpendicular with the direction of the car, suspended off the block via a bracket bolted to it.
My only question was how well do these manifolds flow. He he.. well i think we know now! Nice work guys!

Mike fabbed up the hot tubing using 304 stainless in his home garage. Tack welded everything and had the finish welds done at W2W. This type of kit would not work on most street cars. There will be no A/C, no PS, no battery up front, etc. Mike will make a motor plate to hold things up front. This stuff is all pretty much costom and you could expect to pay a lot for something like this to be fabbed up. Not sure if any sponsors on this site willing to take on projects like this. Too time consuming for most.
That is what makes this combo that much more impressive. The whole car for the most part has been pieced together by Mike and Steve in Mike's back yard garage. It has the potential to run low in the 8's for sure. The combo could support 1500hp with the right engine.
