Figured I'm getting close or at least closer to getting the car finished so I would start this thread. Right now the car is at Straightline Performance in New Lenox, IL. What a group of A + guys out there! Please allow me to explain.... after speaking with Joe a.k.a (Turbo Joe) and seeing some of the work he has done, I had no other option but to get my car to him ASAP for a custom turbo kit. Shortly after talking with Joe, he said he had a opening for my car at the shop the following week and was able to get the car his way. The very next day he was already started on the project and sending me pictures of the progress. He was constantly keeping me informed on when parts were arriving. This is by far the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Who can build you a QUALITY, custom turbo kit in less than 2 weeks? Not many... I had planned on doing a cage in the car when the turbo kit was done. I talked to the chassis guy Kevin at Straightline Performance and he will be able to fit me in for all the chassis work after Joe is done with the turbo kit! If anyone is looking for a true "one stop shop" Straightline Performance is it. Everything from parts, installs, dyno tunning , custom fab work and chassis work all at one shop! That sounds almost unheard of to me! When the car gets back, I will finish putting everything back together. I still have a lot of work ahead of me and can't wait! I will get some pictures of the car up , anyone at Straightline Performance, feel free to post any progress pictures!!!!!

Did you need someone to drive the car from New Lenox out to Las Vegas? lol I live, well, in both places.
Nick and Joe at straightline do some great work and are great guys to BS with. I have never been happier with a tune on my car and I've been to some high profile tuners that left the car driving like crap.

First off just so people dont get confused, this build is weird and completely backwards. I was low on the hot side material but had all the cold side stuff and material to build the merge and special wastegate dump tube Ive done so many builds now that i just kinda know where everything is going to go by just having everything well planed out.
heres some pics of the merge, because the super sized 60mm precision wastegate he provided, it had to be built longer then the normal to have room for the 2.5'' inlet/outlet.
NOW....add is one of theses huge honkers to the merge and done...this pic shows a normal pw46mm wastegate next to there 60mm. lol it looks like the 60mm is going to swallow the 46, or the 60 looks like a advertisment piece that should be on the counter at percision.
and now the final product

So heres some pics of the turbo mounted on the brace he had me make. The brace that was in the car was twiisting like a pretzel with the weight of the turbo so he had me fab a new one...
I wanted to do something a little out of the norm to triangulate the turbo and brace It better because how the turbo mounted to just that little bar...sooo
