Set me straight on pump gas

Set me straight on pump gas
Can someone clear this up for me. What is the most reliable amount of hp you can get under boost with pump gas on the ls platform. Say no meth but with air to air inter cooler . All premium internals and best flowing heads . I've heard too many different numbers and I want to know what's true and what's bull.

I do. I use 93 up to 650whp on the street. But i don't feel really good about it. I don't stay in in for more than 5 secs blasts on the High way. I have blown up 2 forged Motors at the track trying to be cool and using pump gas. Never again, i use race gas at the track now. Im planning on getting a meth kit for more safety on the street. Put it this way, don't go 0 to 150 on 93 with anything over 12psi and expect it to last forever. You will get a bad tank of fuel one day

Where did you get that 93 from if you dont mind me asking? My friend works for a large oil company. He has told me on more than one occasion that the higher octane fuels really arent much more cost for the gas company. THey make large profit margin on higher octanes.

I'm looking at building a 1000hp street chevelle. I would like it to run on pump gas, but if it can't be done, it can't be done. I can get e85 but its from the pump as well and not sure it's trustworthy

You can have a car that cruises around on 92 no problem. is your question racing down a 1/4 miles track with 1000hp And only 93 octane? Buicklsx, did you just dyno on 93 or do you make full passes at that level on 93?

Full passes, track and highway...it has been 110 and 137 so far at the track...and those numbers are with a locked converter btw.
Those passes were with with about 730 hp though...hope to get to the track next weekend to finally get in the 9's if the new converter doesn't hurt me to bad

Sprayed. I am from southern ontario. I asked about the 93 cause in climates where we live the additives used for the different seasons causes inconsistencies in the quality of the fuel itself. At least that is what i am told. So where do you live Buick and would you mind listing your choice of gas station.

I live in tennessee and I normally stop at a shell, don't really care though, Hollingsworth oil supply's gas to almost all of the stations in my city and the next closest, so it's all the same gas...

There's cars trapping in the 160s on E85, probably faster.
