Again, post a video of the actual impeller spinning after shutdown. All the video you posted does is let us hear a noise.

this is what procharger sent me. We reviewed the video with our repair department and we're not sure what the problem is with your supercharger. We've never seen anything like it actually. We're pretty sure that something internal is damaged however. We recommend that you send it in for inspection and repair if needed. You can call us with the serial # of your supercharger to set up a return at your convenience.

I'd say they're baffled because the video doesnt actually show the impeller rotating ?
We can hear a noise of something rotating though. You've already stated you cannot move the impeller by hand with the engine off, so it should be impossible for it to spin on it's own.

So I brought it into work ( I work in a shop environment)) and I grabbed a 700rpm drill with a 3/8 socket bit and slapped a socket on the end and spun it up held it for like 10 seconds and she stops solid... I have no clue what's going on while its on the car but strapped to a bench it's functioning normally...

After listening to the video again, I'd run and shut the car off while using a stethoscope to try to isolate exactly where the noise is coming from. The noise is loud enough you should be able to track it down. Bob

Put a small mirror in front of the inlet. If you have a gf/wife, grab one from her makeup bag. It'll tell you if the impeller is still spinning. That'll help narrow it down quite a bit. Just have a friend start/shutoff the car for you.
