Default E85 + Turbo + Plug Gap?

What would you recommend to start with. On high boost (20psi overboost set to 25psi) it seems I'm getting spark blowout. It's fine at low boost (10psi) with no issues.

Before it was fine under high boost and the car made 800rwhp. So no clue on why I'm getting this now. E85 hard on the plugs? I think my plug gap is at 23 now....

I run Denso iridium plugs gapped at .025" on E85 with truck coils. No one wants to pay the money but I highway cruise, stop and go traffic in the city with a/c and no trouble. Even when its cool out. Heat range is 8 or 9 if they were NGK's.

We are going to put it back on the Dyno to make sure it not lean, fuel pressure issue or confirm its a spark issue. I don't have a wide band in the car so dyno is the best bet.

I miss high boost

Here's an idea, get a wide band in the car. Any turbo car without one is a train wreck waiting to happen.

I know it sucks, but I would find a way somehow. What if you have a fuel pressure issue, or something else that you could have saw on the wb before you went into boost and destroyed 8 pistons or a pair of heads. It also helps to diagnose problems like this.

Bullet proof vests are heavy and cumbersome, but they have the potential to save lives...

oh, and I ran my NGK B8EFS right out of box. They didn't blow spark out even as I went all the way to 23psi and burnt a piston nearly in half!

I hope you are using a wide band on the dyno though right? Is it a eddy current or intertia dyno?

Well ya lol. It's a mustang dyno.

Like I said best thing to do is put it back on the dyno and check everything.

Valve Float can give similar symtoms, misfire at higher boost.
What valve springs you running ?
Also check all your plug leads.

Well at least your getting a good amount of heat in the plugs on the dyno it being a eddy current dyno where load is placed on the vehicle.
