Default Suggest a turbo for my setup??

Lets call the car 3800lbs.

Stock 5.3 w/ ls6 cam
stock 5.3 heads or 243's non ls6
th400 with hughes gm35 (3500)
rear is 4.11 now but will definately be higher in the future
60lb injectors
Hopefully stock rails and intake

In the future Im sure I will put in less gear and a 4l80e.

Im not trying to make 1000 rwhp. I am trying to build a dd that I can jump in and drive 500 miles if I would like to. I would like this setup geared more towards the 4l80e and less gear if it makes much of a difference.

oh and I dont have a crazy budget. But would $750 get me a decent turbo?

What you guys think?? Turbo size?? A/R?

One of the new Turbonetics 7675s with a .96 a/r would be perfect. Huron speed has some great pricing on them.

75mm S400 with an 83mm turbine and 1.10 T6 housing... less than 700 bucks.

This turbo puts you into a chassis that can be upgraded with up to an 84mm compressor wheel and soon a 100mm turbine wheel if the desire to make up to 1300 rear wheel horsepower ever hits you.

The borg S400 is one of the most durable and versitile units that we have available to use today.
