Just to clarify the 1200 plus RWHP BW was not that 850 dollar cast wheel non racecover version. Pretty sure it was a built by Jose at FI ETR 80 mm billet wheel, ect. Not sure on pricing but its cheaper than GT 47/88.

On a 6.0 that is setup with the right heads, cam, Compression ratio, and intake a regular BW S480 can make right at 1000 RWHP + or - 50 but its tapped out at that point. Add the race cover and it will for sure be capable of 1050 RWHP. Get a ETR S480 unit from FI and push nearly 1300 RWHP.

Pretty sure there will be more to come from the ETR80mm compressor as from what I understood the exhuast side chooked that motor just shy of 1300 RWHP, so with a new billet design or larger exhuast wheel that compressor will put even more out. Cant even imagine what a ETR-88 or 91mm would be capable of

Negative. .. billet s480 with race cover is almost 2k

Need to updage the thread, decided to keep it.

Billet 80 will I make more power then the cast 80, and spool quicker then the cast 76! Win win situation and probably by far the best turbo money can buy for anyone with 370-427ci

what you think a BW billet ETR-HO s476/87 turbo with a race cover will do on a 365 or 370ci motor?

The comp wheel will make 1000+rwhp, the exhaust side is done around 850rwhp though.

what do you suggest for the exhaust side then? something that will spool fast as well without foot breaking it.

BW s480 with a race cover. All the ones around my area are making close to the 1000rwhp mark to the tires without breaking a sweat. Can't beat the performance for the price.

ETR-HO 76/92 is the ticket like Stock48 is running. His unit spools like a light switch even off the foot brake.

How much horsepower can someone make with the 92mm turbine on a 370?

I think even the cast s480 with the 96mm turbine would be close to 1000 at the wheels.

You'd be a fool not to run a S480, billet wheel, race cover, T4 flange 96mm turbine wheel unit.

I am a dealer for FI and I can get you ANY turbo that they have for the same cost they sell them for. I can also help you with your cam selection and any other aspects of the build.

I will say that FI is THE ONLY company right now offering the 96mm turbine wheel that used to only be offered in a T6 1.32 housing configuration with a .9, 1.0, 1.10 or 1.25 AR and a T4 flange.

This means you get T4 and 1.0 AR housing spool with 96mm wheel back pressure.

Match made in heaven.

Martin can you get me a price on these turbos?
Rules are billet wheels are allowed 82mm and smaller.83-88mm need to have cast wheels. Need to run mid to low 5's in the 1/8th. 370 sollid roller for boost.
