Nothing really. Look at what a 1/4" actually is, it's pretty small. Also, the distance between the bottom of the kmember and the ground won't change.

Correct^. A 1/4" body lift would be the correct term for what they're doing

Makes sense! Lol. What's the advantage to this type of blower vs a procharger. Maybe I'll put a 2300 on my V and use my stock blower for the TA

There are 1,000s of posts on which one is better, along with the turbo vs. centri vs. positive displacement blower debate. Short and sweet, a positive displacement blower builds boost quicker, but does so at the expense of excess heat generated.

Thanks for stepping in Bruce. This will be the route I go once my current ls blows up or I get tired on the power limit of my MP112. I Probably wont need the full kit since I have some of it already but keep your parts list updated, I'd love to go with the tvs once I forge the short block.

^^speaking of short blocks do anybody know if the 2300 kit works better on stock cube motors or will it be ok on a stroker setup?

The dyno shows some nice numbers. And the car ******* MOVES! But I'm willing to be there is quite a bit left in this thing just by listening to the video. You don't hear the blower whine at all which tells me it's not working too hard to produce the results we're seeing.

Crank that bitch up! Lets see how bad Sally really is.

^^^ right now I heard the motor was set on 12lbs of boost. 8 rib kit with a 10 percent overdrive setup. I don't know much about blower engines so I don't know if it's possible to crank the boost and still run pump gas?? I dont know if it's the cog setup eithier??

Hi,
Wanted to give a small update, car is doing great actually took it out of town last week on a trip with the spool and hoosiers with 0 issues . Car drives like stock and so far has went a 6.8 @ 101 eight mile time which is not real fast but the car weighs 3960 without me in it and that was with a 1.6 60 ft time.
I cant make but one pass a night as the car does not have a bar in it
I do not have any complaints what so ever , I want to move the rev limiter up a little as the car hits it about 75 ft before the traps which is costing me mph and take the sway bar and but some loose struts in the front to get the 60ft down. I think the car has some 6.6s in it but it sure is HEAVY (Sally is a fat girl ).
This winter I plan on a better heat exchanger, MORE cam, more boost and E85 , we hope to be in the 850-900 WHP range well see , right now I am just enjoying no issues top down cruising with that tire frying torque
Thank again guys,
Bruce
