AC Lines are made of a specific rubber compound with reinforcement. Any hydraulic shop should be able to crimp the ends on. I bought a mastercool being kit so i didn't have to rely on a shop.

has anybody flipped the condensor and radiator so the fans are pushing, then Radiator, and AC Condensor in the back closer to the engine? wondering if that would work out or if there wouldnt be cool enough air going across the condensor to make the AC cold

won't work correctly. You'll experience a lot of head pressure on the ac unit. You can simply use a short condenser and stand the radiator upright. I've done it before. Works fine.
