You can probably just get away with just a converter spacer for the TH400 swap on that 5.3.

If you are truly shooting for 1K+ rwhp you are going to need more turbo than the PT7675. The minimum to get there would be the Cast S480 with 96mm turbine and 1.32 A/R housing. Seen a billet S475 83mm turbine get close on a 4.8 though 930rwhp. through a 4L80E on foose04 truck. Or you can go with twins of the TC units you mentioned and that will get you there with room to spare.

I would recommend a PT7575 or the Turbonetics 7675 like mentioned above. It will get you to 900-1000whp full tilt with a forged bottom end and good parts selection. Spool time on a street car will also be excellent. The Borg Warners are also an excellent choice, just be aware of the sheer size of the unit and fitting at least a 4" downpipe. Use an LS6 intake like mentioned above. The Holley pan and Dirty Dingo sliders will be no trouble. The guys that say use the truck or H3 pan must be running the dunes with their prerunner.

My setup is: Wiseco pistons and Eagle rods in an alum 06 L33 block, stock crank, ported 799's, Liljohn cam, LS2 intake, Ebay 92tb, PT88 turbo. Made just over 950whp at 28lbs.

Im doing a full forged bottom end with Eagle and Its rated at 1500rwhp. Putting all the stock stuff back in but with forged parts. I have the set of 243 heads on there should I get 317 heads or just stuck with the 243?

I was looking at the Holley pan. Why is every choosing ls6 intake over Holley hi-ram intake 102mm?

Yeah you are on point, the 75lb injectors will not cut it. You will run out of injector or have a duty cycle that is far from what it should be. IMO I would look into the new 128lb bosch units buy them once and be done with it.

These might be better than 75's:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Siemens-Deka-80LB-830CC-High-Impedance-Fuel-Injectors-EV1-Set-8-110324-/290957223326?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43be66e59e
Of course you may need more if you're going E85.

Why 1000rwhp? What is your power level now. I see so many of these threads and most are driving cammed, Bolton cars and want to shoot for the moon. 650-800 rwhp is hard enough to hook on the street. 1000 useless for anything more than bragging rights and no one will convince me otherwise.

All depends on what you are doing with the 1000 hp.

We have a street down here that hooks a 1000hp with no issues. We have had boostedgt from the show Street Outlaws come down here and hook the street with no issues. He even said himself that our street hooked better than any street he has been on.

If you're just riding around and that's all you do, then yes 1000 hp is useless.

Keep this in mind:

243 heads - 64 CC

862/706 (stock 4.8/5.3) heads - 61 cc

317 heads - 71 cc

You are going to need to determine which head/piston combo.
Looking around and from experience, keep the compression at 9.5:1

243 heads - ???
706 heads - ???
317 heads - ???

Thanks.

My cars can be DD if need be. 200-300 miles in a day or in 90 degree heat is easily done. My idea of a street car and a car that is registered are 2 different things.

With 317 heads it will be around 8.5-8.6:1 and be very lazy off boost. On the other hand you can run more boost on pump gas.
