We have them for sale if you need one, just give us a call or email on3performance@aol.com

On our kit the line just needs tweaked a tiny bit. I use a small 2x4 block and set on the line and just gently tap. As you know they bend easily you just have to know to be careful and not go too far

I honestly dont know if I will even get my truck on the dyno. It has 225,000 miles and I have no intentions of loosing the transmission right now. Its on very low boost and I just have fun with it the way it sits.

As far as experience, I have the only kit, our production is not finished and nothings been shipped to this point. We have pre-orders piling up, it wont take long once they are shipping.

Its a daily driver for me, fun truck, and a lot of people are going to have a blast with the system. Granted this was on an f-body car, this shows the potential for power. This is one of the highest graphs we have seen with the On3 76mm turbo.

I have a lot of people asking me for better photos of the manifold. Today I got in our 78mm prototype turbo and decided to throw it on the truck to get some mileage on it. Since it was apart, I shot a few more photos to hopefully this will help clear up any questions people might have.

Also people have asked about heater line clearance, as you can also see I have made some custom stainless hard lines to clear all the hot parts without having to worry about melting a line

So are the two banks completely separated right up to the turbo?
Seems you could get more accurate O2 readings this way compared to some of the other crossovers into log designs...

It does look like the driver's bank is seperate all the way to the turbo flange based on the pictures of the manifold in the first post and these most recent pics. Very nice. Plug access is going to blow, but that can be dealt with. Another option for the heater hoses might be to purchase longer lines and run them under the turbo discharge pipe and over the passenger side inner fender and behind the AC accumulator.

How much tweaking is needed for the 78-88mm turbos? Still would like to see this with a BorgWarner S480... .

The 78mm is a direct bolt on, thats what I just threw on when I put those photos up. I needed to get some miles on the turbo and make sure things were good with a few of them. So put it on my truck and fits perfect, the 88 on the other hand will take a cut/flange to adapt it to the dp

Thats correct, we have 3 as of now that are unspoken for. As for the new body, Im not positive on fitment we need to test that. We have just tested 99-06 right now

Well with the completely separate banks, do you have the room/clearance to stuff a 4" downpipe by the crossover???

I fit a 3.5 which the kit includes no problem, how much power are you planning on making? 4" just seems like its going to maybe be overkill

I have 1 or 2 already sold which guys have said they will test and no matter what use and make it work. So I cant really discount it but thanks for the offer.

When are y'all planning on shipping these kits out? I will be ordering one in January, how long should I be looking at for it to ship?

Reading in the other thread and seen that new 78mm has a 75mm turbine? Is that exducer or inducer?

Also what ever happened with the 88mm really interested to see how that one runs and costs.

Its just taken longer to get everything done than I had expected. Nothing wrong just time consuming and it really shouldnt be later than the 2nd week of Jan. We already have quite a few sold so Im doing all I can to get these released and shipping.

The 78 has a 75mm exducer on the exhaust side. We still have 1 88mm here as of right now. I would guess we might have a 6 week back order till we see more of those. Retail is $849

Why anyone would buy an unproven system before the manufacturing process is complete with no proven/repeated results and pictures of "custom" water lines and the like just appearing is beyond my grasp? This is crazy. You guys are either the most trusted company on earth or people are just silly with money. I wish you the best but I'll be waiting until actual results have been posted before I even consider buying this.

Someone always has to be the first to buy a kit, do you think the other guys just magically sold hundreds of kits? You have to start somewhere

Thanks for your concern but I have been daily driving my truck for months, how is that not proving itself. The truck runs great, comes into boost hard and looks killer. Couldnt ask for much more and customer orders should be shipping within the next 2 weeks. Im not new to the industry, Ive been designing turbo setups for about the last 7 years

I have designed a lot of turbo systems, Im aware of what it takes and this is not my first rodeo. Whats the problem with the custom coolant lines? We sell a ton of ls 4th and 5th gen systems daily. This is no different, its the same engine platform with a new design.
