I honestly have no idea where that photo is but we are going to be shipping systems out by the end of the week and Ill work on catalog/website photos.

Also people with 07+ trucks, I have looked at an 08 and my friend 2010, I believe our system is going to be a direct bolt on as well for those years. Don't hold me to it at this point till its tested but visually, I think its going to fit the 07+ no problem

Well the day is finally upon us, we have the last shipment of items showing up tomorrow. Just had the trucking company call so we will be gathering all the kits together that have been ordered to this point. Anyone that has been waiting, thanks for being patient and we will have you all taken care of tomorrow. A few of the newer orders will ship Monday but that will be the latest. From there out, we will be current and able to ship daily

Lets see some build threads and some people having fun with their newly found hp!

The wait is over, we have complete kits packed and sitting on the dock to ship today. If you ordered, we will have the kit shipped either today or Monday.

All orders to this date are out the door. We are selling our shop truck as we speak hopefully and picking up a 04 scsb 4wd to build. A little more clean, power windows most important to me, and going to push it

So what's the price with the upgraded 78MM turbo and is that turbo in production yet? Think I may replace my STS kit with yours for my Sierra C3

The turbo system is $1890 with the items listed in the first page. The 78mm is not going to be released for around 6-7 weeks if I had my guess. The 76 is $99 and the 78 is going to be around $199~

We are stocking the complete systems now and good to ship whenever you are

No if your going to do anything, have us just coat it before shipping. We normally do a high temp powder on all of my personal cars and works really well

Just drill/tap the side of the oil pan, very simple. I have a compact drill with at 90 degree head that makes it even easier to drill on the passenger side

What methods do you use to keep metal shavings out of oil pan?

Can't speak for these guys do (ON3) but ... Fool proof way to drill pan while still on car and avoid shavings:
  • Add at least 2 extra quarts of Oil
  • Use a NEW bit to drill SLOWLY
The extra oil should be enough to fill the pan (if not add as much as you feel necessary). If you have a new and sharp drill bit, cutting through the aluminum will be effortless and not take much speed/pressure. As you break through the pan, the extra oil you installed will pour out the hole you created and thus [b[not[/b] allowing any shavings into the pan.
Works like a charm (though I still prefer having the pan off as the first choice).
