Thanks man, I got the radiator hoses actually hooked to the radiator tonight and bolted and supported under the car. Just need to make sheet metal cover for top support of radiator and bolt fans secure and wire them and I'm done.

Pictures from tonight in the am.....

i wouldnt really be too worried about bleeding the air. just keep the rad cap off and fill the rad and as much as the lines as possible then fill your block from the upper rad hose port then run the vehicle with the rad cap off. once the t stat opens it will probably bubble alot then just add rad fluid as it idles to top it off while its still circulating.

As long as you can get the air to and from the rad you should be fine. just make sure the air is actually going THROUGH the rad!

Pressure testing for leaks in my wife's water for the horses lol

Tabs to hold hoses off manifolds and close to body

Connection tabs welded in to hold the long sections together

Mounting to cross member bolt behind transmission above driveshaft

This shows how it will be separated from the interior, plus it will have sheet metal cover over the radiator and fans later on

What do you have planned for a firewall with that fuel cell sitting where it is?

That's the methanol actually. Today plan is to build a sheet metal enclosure to direct air through radiator better by the fans and to cover it all in case a hose burst or something.

Very interested to see how it works out...will be doing the same on my car. You can use a venturi vacuum coolant filler so that you won't have any air in the system. Also make note of how much coolant it takes to fill the system...I'm curious.
