Default Had little fun this weekend in the firehawk at Cecil

Well I went to Cecil this past Saturday for a test and tune and little grudge race some local guys were doing. I haven't had the car out since going to LS Fest 6 weeks ago. temp was in the low 60's all day and the track prep was great

Well first pass off the trailer yielded a new personal best.

3400rpm and 9psi on the trans brake 17ish psi down track

60' 1.350
330' 3.651
1/8 5.623
mph 123.78
1000' 7.333
1/4 8.781
mph 155.49

I was happy to click off a new best on the first pass of the day so now it was time to turn things up

2nd pass I turned the 2step up to 3500 rpm and 10psi on the launch 18 psi down track

60' 1.485
330' 3.920
1/8 5.936
mph 122.59
1000' 7.660
1/4 9.117
mph 154.74

Well that resulted in a nice bumper dragging wheelie

Well after that I decided to tighten up my travel limiters and try it again with the same settings on the trans brake. And I was very happy with the results

60' 1.304 WOW new best
330' 3.612
1/8 5.558
mph 125.81
1000' 7.249
1/4 8.687
mph 156.43

Sorry part of the video is part crappy cell phone video. There are videos of the my wheelie on facebook that I don't know how to post on here, Feel free to friend me if you want

I am probably gonna try and make it out at least 1 more time this year and maybe better that pass.

Yeah, you gotta be pumped when your first pass is a personal best. Nice times. Love your car.

Now that you are getting a hold on the tune up I need to spend a day at the track with you to get the 330s in shape. You still have more left but it's looking great!

I know what one of my winter upgrades will be to help on my ProTree staging. Then I will really be ready for some chasis tuning

Yep looking to get an 8.40 out of the car then slow it down a little to help the motor survive. I don't want to run it hard all the time

22 degrees of the line and down to 18 by the end of the pass. IATs started at 97 and ended at 174 I start pulling timing around 155 degrees. This is on E85 and no meth. I am debating either reinstalling my Meth or better A2A of maybe Air to water intercooler.

My 127# injectors were at 100% duty cycle by the end of that pass so I need to step things up there too

325 50 15 MT radials. Probably gonna switch the 275 MT Pros next year

3450 ish lightest the car has been is 3425 But I still had both front seats in the car, all the floor mats, and a decent amount of fuel. I haven't weighed the car lately
