Hit him up at Calvo Motorsports. Ask questions, he is a easy person to deal with. He made them at my shop during a christmas break. We are friends so my deal won't be everyone's deal. lol

Got some heads for sale I was going to use for this project, but decided that a 235cc head would be more suitable.

$1600 for a as-cast ported 220cc TFS head. Bare.I only blended in the bowls. I did not flow test, only minimal gains to be had. TFS valve job is untouched. Can assemble with your parts or I can get you parts. Credit card and Paypal accepted. SHIPPING IS FREE anywhere in the continental usa.

tried on the final size barrels on the front today. Needs the bolts that hold the wheels together grinded down on the back size because they hit the calipers. But looks freaking awesome. Can't wait to get tires!

been awhile since I played with her. No funds or time. But, I have come up with a mission to get it running with parts I have laying around. The 408 is nice but I have alot of other things to purchase for it. So, I bought a 08' 4.8 short block for $250. Going to do a 5.7 head with a pocket port LS9 cam. Cheaper but still an expensive deal doing it the way I want. At least the engine part will be cheap.

Got the headers on, going to do a full mock up engine in it before it goes away on Jan 24th to get turbo's mounted, intercooler and radiator.

next up I will be showing the engine going together.

I also have to decide if I want to do th350 that I have laying around or buy a trans mount and wait for funds to do the 4L80. That's my dilemma at the moment.

I love this built. I have an 85 roller and thinking of doing the same thing. Do you have the parts # for the motor mounts ?

A build like that has always been a fantasy of mine. Count me in as subscribed. Great work thus far.

not sure of the part number. I want to say 4595 but you can google it!

Thanks for the kind words!

SOOOOOOOOO....I have changed things up a little. Realizing that I have alot more to spend in order to get this thing going the way I want I decided to forgo the 408 and stick in a junkyard 4.8 to get it running!

Still with the turbo's. But this is a total budget build on the 4.8. I got a 08' 4.8 for $250 with 20K on it. I will be using 5.7 heads I have laying around and do a pocket port, valve job and stuff it with Ferrea valve train.

With guys going into the 8's on stock bottom ends I decided the worst thing that might happen is I break it. But more importantly, I will have the opportunity to break it! Looking at a spring to summer cruising fun!
