With how much I am going to have in this car a $300 boost controller wouldnt make much sense.

Picked up a new radiator, belt and some vacum hose today. Then spent 2hrs driving around trying to find a 1/2 pipe tap for the drain. The lowes here sold zero taps/dies wtf. Found a 3/8 tap at ACE so i am going to make that work.

Spent 2 hours on the car today. Got the pan drilled and tapped. So between looking all over the place for a tap and actually tapping the pan i have about 4 hours in it FML. So make sure you have a tap and the proper drill bit before you start this project. If i had all the tools already when this started this would have only took 30 min. I didnt have the right size bit and i wasnt going to spend anymore time looking for tools. It would have been faster driving in traffic and going to another store than using a bit 1/64 to small.

I would suggest running a 3/8 vacuum line from the rear port on the passenger side vale cover to the inlet on the air filter. I've done this with my kit and a On3 kit. It really helps the turbo drain. Harbor Freight also sells a tap kit with 1/2 npt in it for $15 bucks.

Still have to finish some things up but i will post pictures when i am done.

Get a drill bit and tap before you start the project. Grind the k member before you permanently install the passenger manifold. 70 7/8 serpentine belt. vacuum line, vacuum log and fittings. A car lift and a buddy to help. Would have been a lot faster and easier than doing it in my driveway lol,

Don't know what took so long but i ordered my wideband and 2 bar map today. Installed my HP tuners on the computer yesterday and upgraded my OS to 2bar. Already have the base fueling ready to go. Just have to wait for my fuel injectors, map and wideband to get here and I will be ready to start tuning. I may have brake boosted some yesterday in the driveway as i was checking out the data logger lol. Still need to hook the downpipe to the muffler. To loud for where i drive at around here. Not much of a sleeper with the downpipe dumping under the engine.
