I just put a sts kit on my 2000 ram air. it runs great. The motor has 9.2 compression so i can run more boost. I also put the gt-67. I am running 13 pounds now and will dyno it this next week and hopefully raise it to around 18 pounds. I also have 4:10 gears but i am having the 3:42 put in tommorrow. I am hoping for 600 plus horsepower. we have a stock 5.3 liter pickup that is set at 15 lbs and is putting down 516 rwhp and 586 torgue. so the trans am should be able to hit 600 plus since it has long tube headers and a 2002 z06 cam.

410 gears
Yep that sounds good im switching to 342 also back to stock dammit. Did you do something to lower your compression. I take it you changed springs in the wastgate to boost more. Im at 5lbs with the up to 10 switch right now. Never hit the button though, ive got stock pistons and im not sure if they can handle it. Also got a spec 3 to handle the new hp and tq, Did you change fuel pumps. I think my fuel pump isnt enough to handle 5lbs now so i dont know what i will do about 10lbs of boost. good luck

Yes, i lowered the compression, I have a electronic boost controller to raise the boost, i have a intake fuel pump, i also have a spec 3 clutch, and i also have the alcohol injection kit, and 30lb, injectors.

Damn, a 1.2 second improvement with a soft 60 ft time. I am starting to think harder about this kit. What are the differences in the turbos mentioned above? I would think for it to really work on a F-body, fuel pump and injectors would be manditory.

I just came across the rear turbo kit. and I couldn't belilbe it .. On the site it said like $3700 but I don't no if that was for all the parts or not..
Is it worth it? I was then trying to compare a Powerdyne supercharger for around $3500.. THey run 6psi I would think around 436hp.. For the money what one is better? The turbo can you upgrade easyer. I read that a guy gets around 410hp with 5 pound of boost out of the rear turbo kit..

powerdyne? definetly sTS, since you can custom choose your turbo. if you made 450hp with the 60-1, then happened to build your engine to take more boost, they have bigger turbos units ect ect.

results should be forthcoming. I sold a kit to someone with an Augostino turbo motor.
We made a couple of changes, and we are using a t-70. This one will be intercooled. The car belongs to the same person who designed the TA nose that has been floating around.
