Sounds like you could be making enough power that your pumps are running out of steam to me. Doesn’t really matter how you add more pump. Whatever is easiest for you. I like the idea of less pumps personally. if your current pumps are intank, I’d replace them both with the 450lph e85 walbro pumps.

If your external and running inline pumps, adding another 255 would be easiest. You can use the 3:1 shop air fittings for a nice cheap 255 inline coupler. I just tapped out the 3/8” hole on the bottom to -10 fittings thread pitch and go. The one I did turned out slick.

2 of these. 3 pumps in the middle with cheapie push lock AN6 fittings.

I am running dual in tank 255's with that little shower head thing with two of the ports used. I think I might ditch the 255's and do 2 450's. Do you know of they fit in the stock 4 the gen bucket?

I am going to run it on the current setup and see what my dc is for now. If my injectors keep trying too add fuel and pressure and afr isn't where I want then pump change will be in order.

Im running twin 450s and they dont fit. You have to modify the bucket.

Do a search, this has been talked to death 100+ times.

If you are maxing out 80#injectos before this you don't have enough pump or you have other issues.

69 base!!!! damn can the ecu control them without mechanical lockup at that psi?

Guess so... That was OEM ECU Hi-z 80's using HP tuners. Kinda sounds like he was running them static at that point anyway if the DC was peaked.

Most of the injectors I've read about are rated to 100psi. Keep it under there and you *should* be good. I'm not makin any promises though!

That's the same setup I have, except 2 pumps and that's a 98- earlier bucket. I am going to see what it does with what I have now. If I run out of fuel and it can't richen while dc keeps getting higher I will swap out to the 450's. We will see what happens.

Good luck with those on E85. They're extreme overkill for most setups and far more expensive than the 80 lb injectors that have been proven over and over and over.
