Default injectors for e85 6.0 s480 build

Hey guys, currently putting together a 6.0 with l92 heads and a s480 turbo. Aiming for 800rwhp. Will be using drum e85. Stock l98 (australian spec) manifold, and hopefully stock ecu. Does anybody have any suggestions for:
Injectors (was thinking about using high z)
Fuel rails
Throttle body

This is a budget build, although more can be spent where necessary, but trying to keep it tight to prove a point. Thanks heaps

FIC 127lbers or 160's if you want enough inj to max out your turbo on E85. My 95lb FIC's are maxed out at 20-21psi with a S475 on a 5.3L

dont do 160s on E85. stay away from a CNG injector. the 127s will do you fine. or go with the all stainless internal ID1300 that just came out.

Not that im aware of. I spoke with ID at PRI last weekend and even their 2000's have issues and theyll tell you that. and they wont be coming out with an all stainless 2000cc injector. they are testing a 1600 now. but the 1300 and the 1600 will be full E85 compatible. It is hit and mis with the CNG injectors. i have the FIC2000s myself and im going to try my luck with them. if they fail, ill buy the ID1600s and call it a day.

Cheers for all the info! Looks like I'll be going with the 127s.
Anyone suggest a good set of fuel rails?

I have good luck with Semiens Deka 80s on corn, and it is enough injector to bend stock rods with enough fuel pump.

I maxed out a set of 80's on 16psi of boost and 93 octane. Twin walbro 255's, -10 feed line, aeromotive rails and regulator. I just installed a set of fic 2000's. Going to switch to e85 too. I would go 127's or 160's or higher and never have an issue of running out of injector. 80's will only take you so far.

I've seen several people get very very deep into the 8s on 80 lb injectors. Both on gas and E85. The pump/pressure makes or breaks them.

80# hiZ injectors are under $400 shipped and will make 850+ to the wheels on E85 using the OEM LS1 or Truck fuel rail. Thats at 69 BAse and 24psi. At this point they are pretty much maxed out.

Do a search, this has been talked to death 100+ times.

If you are maxing out 80#injectos before this you don't have enough pump or you have other issues.

Twin walbros at 60psi base and 75 at 15lbs of boost. -10 feed and -6 return. My dc at 16psi was at 100%. This was on 93 and meth through a 15gph nozzle. My car is using some fuel, is there something off, or am I making some serious power. Afr is around 11.2. No dyno yet, but soon.

I think Stock48 made 1000whp on 80 lb injectors but I think he's pushing decent amount of pressure.

Edit: from what I can tell, the first time he broke into the 8s was on 80 lb dekas at 75 PSI base pressure. I read somewhere that this pass was on E70 as well, but I haven't verified this yet.

Not enough information. Engine size? NA hp? Aftermarket heads? Cam used? Turbo used? Depends on the engines BSFC, but At 75psi a 255 walbro flows more like 200lph.

Your 80lb injectors flow like 95lb injectors at 60psi.

Going by the fuel injector clinic’s calculator you should be able to make 1200 to the wheels maxing out 95lb injectors on pump gas. (100%DC) If your making 1200+ at 16psi then your injectors are maxed out. If not then you have an issue with the fuel pump not supplying enough fuel.

Another widely used way to guess at fuel pump requirements is to take .47 (turbo apps) and multiply it by your HP at the wheels. So for 1200hp you’d need 564lph minimum of fuel at your operating pressure. 2 walbros won’t do it… 3 will.

2 255s won't do it. A pair of 400s will

Iron block 408, 9.5:1 comp, ls3 heads with a lot of work. Gt91 turbo, 91 comp wheel, 94 turbine. T6 flange. Brute speed blower cam, 23x duration 114, 600 ish lift. 102 nw tb and gm pp spidered intake. I am either going to add a 255 pump so that's three, or what are the other options! Twin 450's? Or ????
