pretty lame there is no notations for weight on the 1/4 mile times, or mentioned engine swapped vehicles, or opened ring gaps and rod bolt swaps.

The top 5 all have weight numbers?

1)skinnies 8.65@167.9 JY 5.3 @2600lbs
2) Stock48-8.39@164mph-LQ4@23psi 3300lbs (Best ET)
3) ScreamingL 8.65@163.9 LY6@24 psi 3160lbs
3) Dudeman-8.6@161mph trap-LY6 @3100lbs
4) silver_82 8.55@159.5 LM7 @3250lbs

All are swap cars.

Everyone that provided a weight is listed. Also, I did not want to clog up the OP with miles of set up info like rod bolts, head gaskets, miles on motor...I am using the info people give me and set up this thread as a general reference since there was no actual list of who's at the top.

I figured if someone wanted specific question answered they could use the search function or PM the owner of the car.

It's a stock 5.3 block bored to a 347, stock crank, custom cam, billet 76mm on 23 psi, on radials, and I was ATA at the time. I just went ATW and we are trying to sort the combo out now. Hopefully I will have new/better numbers soon.

Bored? OE pistons and Rods? I clarified the thread title in case there was confusion. This list should be only OE block/pistons/crank/rods powereded cars.

Ah, it's more clear now what you are looking for. I have aftermarket rods and pistons.

No worries! I was going to say that’s a hell of an 8th on stock rods!

I can only hope the people of the forum will police the list for true stock bottom end cars.

Wishing I had my CURRENT fuel system,,..and the exact same setup to see what we could have gotten out of that little big motor lol.

Saddle up! No need for a diet-at that weight you'd be 2nd lightest on the top 5

2) Stock48-8.39@164mph-LQ4@23psi 3300lbs (Best ET)
3) ScreamingL 8.65@163.9 LY6@24 psi 3400llbs w/ driver
3) Dudeman-8.6@161mph trap-LY6 @3100lbs
4) silver_82 8.55@159.5 LM7 @3250lbs

I think after cage im around 3300lbs now id guess.

You are right I do need to saddle up. My weak *** launches and shifting at 5800 are killing me. AKA I need a driver mod. Long way off from those guys though.

It was an accident. I have only made 1 "real" pass and 3 shakedown passes. I let the car drive out of the groove and short shifted when I started spinning. Still went 9.4@149

Hoping to make some more passes in a few weeks. Try out the T-Brake and a better shift RPM. Hopefully find my way into the 8s!

My junk went 9.54@ 148 @ 3510lbs - LY6 17.5psi S480 turbo - swap 67 camaro, with blowthrough carb.
I know it doesnt touch the top contenders, but I'm putting it out there.
There is so much potential still in it, that it is sick, I am doing twice the work to get my stick shift combo down the track, and havent bothered increasing boost since I cant get the car to hook, lol.
EDIT: untouched 100K mile shortblock.

Great work with a MAN PEDAL! You may be the quickest/fastest shifted stock block car. I'd have to comb back through he list to see if anyone else was using a stick shift.
