The type of aluminum pipe that this build has is really soft. I have the same and I crushed all my pipes with the t-bolt clamps before they were hardly tight.

Had to use an exhaust pipe flare tool to out them back into round.

I found that snugging the clamps down a little at a time till when you pull on the pipe it doesn't slide out of the coupler worked out good. Then just give it a few more turns just don't get carried away.

Put 20 psi through them with this method and they didn't pop off. My pipes aren't bead rolled neither

I do all the work on the car. The turbo kit was built by a friend, he is very reasonable and does quality work. He just got done with my brothers car also.
