I've been looking all night for an oval air inlet tube so I don't have to cut my hood or heat and smash the 4" tubing. All I can find is http://www.spectreperformance.com/mo...prod=9791which is a 5.2 x 3.1 oval to 4" adapter for ford 4.6L. Which would be the perfect size, but I haven't found the tubing yet. Junk yard?

You don't HAVE to run a return line. I'm on twin in tank pumps, with one on a Hobbs switch from Lonnie's and I'm making north of 750rwhp. Granted, it's not as efficient as running a return line with a boost referenced regulator, but it still works.

I would be very careful about pushing the car too much at this point because the stock pump maxes out around 450-500rwhp naturally aspirated. With a blower it's lower because you lose power turning the blower, but still need the fuel to make the power.

If you run out of pump, it's a recipe for a torched motor. Be careful.

Default intake tubing

I got tired of looking for oval plastic tube so I went to the saw. THE SAW

I may change this over to solid tube one day but I need an air filter on this now.

Oh hell no. Ive already got more power than I wanted. I'll probably try a bigger pulley, 3.1" Im gettin sideways in the first 3 gears. Im amazed the clutch is holding. Getting the tubing hooked up quitened it down a hole lot. Was kinda rattling without it. Idle spool like a cummins before. Im very very pleased with it. Iat dropped 20-30 degrees with the oem air intake hooked up. Still peaked at 60 over ambient. I'm on e85 just to be safe. I will probably try 93 oct in the next tank full.

Pretty cool build. Interested in dyno numbers with this set up. It is always interesting to see people testing new products.

Default 10# boost

I tightened the belt up and got 9#@4800 and 10#@5200. I ordered a 3.25" pulley today.

I did a lot today. Ordered a pod and gauges. Boost, fuel pressure, WIDE BAND. I finally broke down. I'll be seeing how far off my narrow band tuning has been these last 6 years.

And I also converted my evap line to a return line. https://ls1tech.com/forums/fueling-i...l#post18087956

Good to hear,

Sadly you'll quickly see how erratic your tune may have been once the wideband is installed. The good news is you'll be able to more quickly and accurately dial it in.

I changed from a 3 to 3.25" pulley. I still.have 150 kpa but at 5200 rpm now. Did some real time tuning. That feature is awesome. Gauges will be here tomorrow and ill start that install. Im curious to compare my narrow band tuning to a wide band. Unfortunately I wont be able to log wb and I doubt hpt will let me upgrade my Interface
