curious if you guys running turbos run an oil filter in line to the feed line just in case of contamination to save it, esp on the budget builds
Its more a problem of spitting internals out the exhaust and ruining the turbo that way i think.

Great numbers brother. My goal is to run an S475 with the T4 flange after my Hong Kong Phooey GT45 dies on the Lemans.

car picked up noticeably in every single area. i have the rev limiter set to 6500 and im on it all the time. the car revs like nothing now. i turned the boost up 2 psi to 16 and its an ABSOLUTE ROCKET!! my poor brakes lol im going to definitely have to invest in a chute this summer.
Congrats on the great numbers!

Nice numbers and solid build. This is getting me optimistic about my pump gas numbers and I have a little more turbo and a LQ4.

Not everyone at Chevelles dot com are haters ! I am very inspired by Del and am seriously thinking of selling my 498bbc and doing the EXACT same setup in my 69 SS Chevelle ! There is no way my BBC can match the drive ability as these turbo 5.3 motors give and then go to a fire breathing dragon in an instant.

Chevelles.com will come around in time. People have always been afraid of change and don't want to believe something they have always been told.....if it's too good to be true....
