This might help get the muffler out of the discussion. I gain 10 rwhp with both cutouts open vs through my 4" Spintech.

lol at everyone telling OP to take the muffler off. He's missing between 150-200hp, not 20.

If removing the muffler will gain that HP back, I'm in the wrong business. Imma start selling straight pieces of pipe with advertisements stating massive hp gains.

I would investigate the trans/stall. Not only for the fact that I would think it would be a problem, but for the fact that I would not run a stock th350 and that low of a stall on my turboed 6.0 LS car.

understandable. It was temporary just to get the car tuned and on the road. It seems to not be working out that way.
