A lot of progress this week. I got in my Midwest Chassis front bumper support in, Its such a nice piece and is gonna make mounting the intercooler a breeze. Then I got my manifolds back from getting the v-bands tig welded on. From there I mocked up where I want the intercooler to sit and trimmed the bumper. We finally got a bracket made to hold the turbo in place and started running the pipes. I have to order a few more pieces Monday and we'll keep going.
Another week down and a few more things done. The driver side hotside is all mocked up and tacked. The downpipe is started, and the fuel system under the hood is all finished up. Made a plate to cover up the hole where the battery and coolant reservoir use to sit. I still plan on my battery sitting there as well as a smaller coolant tank and catch can set up. We were gonna start on the passenger side hotside but jegs sent us a 2.5" pipe and not a second 2.25" pipe. It will be a little more difficult going around the a/c and clearing the 5" down pipe but it will all clear.
if only huron speed would have routed around the a/c compressor they could have made an a/c t6 kit.. bet it would have sold 10x more i know i would have bought it. LOVE what your doin man glwb
Please do yourself a favor and replace the relays and fuse holders derale sends. Both of my fuse holders melted in a molten liquid mess and im extremely lucky there was no fire. Im not the first one this has happened to either! They draw a ton of amperage.

Thanks man! Yea I'm sure they would have. I know I would of bought one too. Its been a lot of work and its a tight fit. But everything will clear and once its all heat wrapped and ceramic coated it should stay pretty cool under the hood.

I will look into that for sure. I may try and run the fans of my factory harness. Just haven't looked to far into the wiring yet. Yea the brace turned out good. It also bolts in so if I have to work on anything and its in the way I can just simply move it out of the way.

All you need to do is splice into the factory harness at the clip and use it to trigger the supplied relays. Pull power from the positive terminal near the fuse box's. Its mainly their supplied in-line fuse thats the problem.

I'll have to do that. Thanks for the heads up, I didn't know that about those fans.
I got the intercooler, washer fluid/meth tank, meth pump and progressive controller and coolant tank all mounted. I also got some 5th gen breaks to help this big girl come to a stop. I started on patching the ends of the core support and I bent the upper radiator support.
Been a pretty busy week on the car. Got the two hot wire kits ran for my twin walbro 450's. Also got the 5th gen Camaro breaks on my car. Should be well worth the investment in the stopping area. Also got my upper radiator support welded in as well as started on my intercooler pipping which is almost done then will just need to be welded up and sent to powder coating.
Got a few more things done this week so far. Half way through the passenger side hot side. The intercooler is now complete. I'm trying to get all the rest of the fab work done this week so it can get it welded and off to powder coat so I can finally get it done and on the road.
AWESOME planning something similar myself would you mind if I shot you a few pms with questions? Im getting myself into unknown terrirtory and am kinda lost
