Default microsquirt install

i purchased a microsquirt plug n play kit for a L33 last fall and i am now installing it . I have lost wiring documentation and i am unsure which side of the harness goes on the drivers side and which goes to the passenger side . i am also not seeing where the map sensor goes.

any help would be appreciated

thanxs

Here's the coil pack layout. The injector banks can go on either side since it's batch fuel. The map sensor can go wherever you want as long as it sources manifold vacuum.

Here is a novel concept. Call the company you bought the harness from and ask them what color code they used.

Odd that they are not available.

I use microsquirt quite frequently.

If you have a ohm meter you can check for continuity between the coil and injector connector to the micro using these diagrams to determine what connector is what function.

If you still have difficulty figuring it out, you can pm me your phone and I can call and talk you through it.

ok , i am back home to work on this again.
It was a whole lot easier to identify where some of the wires went after i purchased the missing TPS sensor.
I still have an issue with a couple of wires.
the 3 pin wire connector white / green / grey does not fit either the crank or cam position sensor
the 3 pin wire connector peach / white / red fits both the crank and cam position sensors.

Also I stil have to identify where the Map sensor wires go

I'm sure Denmah will chime in too...I bought the PnP harness/Microsquirt from EFI Source, everything was easy to figure out where it went just by the layout of the harness on the actual engine... If you peeled back the wire loop, my wires were labeled as to what they went to (Map, Crank, Coil, INJ, etc)

the microsquirt does not use the cam sensor. you should have a crank plug that has 3 wires but 2 will be in a silver shieth if you look in the loom up from the plug.

there will be a 3 wire that is for your map as well .

then a coolant,tps,iat

if you open the split loom up stream from each plug the sensor wire will be labeled.
