Default 93 octane meth injected guys step in

What kits are you using on your setup?

How much meth do u need for a setup?

What size injectors with twin pumps

Do u use meth all the time or only under a certain amount of boost

What brand of bottle is the safest/best meth to use in the kit

How much power are u making

This coincides with number 4 but can u tune to run low boost and no meth and have another tune for higher boost and meth?

1-Snow Performance
2-Bought 1 gal of meth and mixed it with distilled water 50/50, so now I have 2-gals
3-Running a single 625ml/min nozzle
4-Meth controler is hooked up to my vacuum manifold... Meth only turns on after 5+ psi of boost is seen on the controler.
5-Bought a gal of 100% meth from a local race shop for $4.19/gal

I used the Alcohol Injection Systems Trunk mount kit. Twin 10gph nozzles and had it set to start spraying at 5psi. It sprayed the full amount as soon as it came on. I was making 775 on 16psi with a complete stock ls1 besides the cam upgraded stuff. I run it on 21-23psi on the street and the motor never gave any problems besides pushing a little water from head lift in the high rpms. I used 100% meth. M1 VP Fuels brand. I think it really helped my stocker stay alive. It may kill your power dumping that much in or make the power feel a little soft coming in but it helped the engine life. Mine wasn't tuned on meth. I added it afterward and just monitored my afrs. I could set my boost reference switch so if I never hit the boost that the switch was set at to activate it the meth would never spray. My kit is actually for sell since ill not be using it on my new setup. Paid 520. Id sell for 350.

I just installed an Alky Control kit from Julio i say give him a call hes a great guy to deal with. But i have twin nozzles 80lb injectors and will run VP M1 its a progressive kit which you should get for a set up like ours

Alkycontrol is the best kit ive used in builds.... I prefer to run twin nozzle 10# & 15# straight meth, no 50/50 mix, VP M1.

7.I have my car tuned on gate pressure (8 psi) with the meth turned off. My wiring is a little complicated but when I turn the meth on, I have it start spraying at 7psi. Inline right before the nozzle I have a 50psi fuel pressure safety switch which I use to trigger a relay hooked to my electronic boost controller which then triggers my high boost setting (E-boost street external switching mode). I did this as a safety so that if the meth fails I won’t be able to run the high boost setting. The only downside is that I have around 0.2-0.3 seconds of delay between the meth spraying and the high boost setting. My VE table has a “cliff” between my low boost setting and high boost setting but you can do it all in one tune.

Alky Control is the way to go. Julio will help and guide you to whats best.

I run a dual nozzle ... 10/5 with a maf controller so the meth flow is based on airflow, rather than boost. That is enough meth for my 780 rwhp. I had bigger nozzles on but saw no benefit.

Alky Control: great product, great CS ( Julio knows his stuff)
On this setup: I was @ 11.2:1 so "I couldn't leave home without it". for what its worth I love the system. Top of the line components & a light system that changes color as the system initiates & moves into full pressure. Its no way near a complete fail-safe ... but at least it lets you know its working.

1. #15 nozzle, kit comes with its own reservoir. I bought a 5 gal container & mixed 50/50 with distilled water.
2. 60lbs
3. references at 4lbs boost & progressively rises to max at 10lbs. This setup was a roots blower so my ramp rate was aggressive as max boost rises almost instantly. Note: with this kit as with other progressive kits you can adjust that rate accordingly.
4. VP M1
5. 520 rwhp

You can see where mine are in the boost pipe near the passenger fender. Nozzles nearly on opposite sides aimed straight to the center so to make sure to fully consume the charge pipe. IAT sensor is right before tb.

200 dollar cooling mist ebay kit, hobb switch 10psi and up
single nozzle that ships with the kit, i dont even know what size
prestone yellow washer fluid getting injected
80lb injectors bosch044 fuel pump, 800whp

18-22psi on pumpgas on 15 or so setups, maybe more

I'm running the Alky Control kit also. I believe it is preset to kick on at 3# or something like that. Still running on 60# SD injectors and Aeromotive 340 LPH pump. Need to get the last 2 items changed out ASAP! My dyno before my TH400 swap showed 650hp @ 10#.

Key is to place them after the maf before the iat....
