Do you have all the necessary safety measures in place for the track to allow you to make a pass. Don't both you and the car have to be certified in order to make an 8 second pass?

I guess if they don't know what the car is capable of, you just go out and rip of a low 8 second pass and then get the hell out of there before getting reemed.
