You might want to give more info. 20 people a day post here saying "I want to make 700whp tell me what to do". It gets old.

A b15 376 and a front feed 2.9 Whipple will make 700whp easy.
What kind of drivetrain? Unlocked auto? Stick?
That b15 is a bitchin setup for 8 grand. I'm not sure which magazine it is but keep a lookout for an article of a b15 376 power test with a 4.5 Whipple.

What coil packs to use ls3?? And I'm not huge on building fuel injected motors but I was talking to spear tech about making a custom harness but not sure what sensors are needed for this setup

Get a junkyard 6.0 and slap a pt7675 on it. Save the money for the important stuff like fueling, trans, rear end, and all the little **** that eats away a budget. You don't need a crate motor to make 700whp. In going to take a wild guess that this is going into an import?
