Default Will this be high enough for oil drain line?

I just noticed today the previous owner tapped into the oil pan! I just bought the huron speed turbo kit and was wondering if this is high enough on the oil pan for my drain ?

If it makes you feel any better this is where I put mine. I haven't run it yet but had the same concerns. Was told it would be fine.

It does however need to be placed as close to the top as possible.

Yours looks like it's almost in the exact same spot than mine! Hoping it will work!

Put oil in the motor until it is full on the stick and unscrew your plug.
If the oil pours out it's not high enough.
If the oil is barely coming out you may still be good.
When the motor is running the oil level drops almost a full quart.
I now this for a fact, I built a tool to test this a few years back.

That'll work great. Mine was in about the same spot (yours looks a little higher) with over 10K miles on it without an issue. I've also set up two other cars this exact same way.
