73 nova 4.8 gt45 So after a year I finally got my car back together. It used to have a 370ci and a s475 but I ran into some financial issues back in the day I had to sell the motor and turbo kit. I pieced together a new set up and got it running last week. I'm pretty happy with my little 4.8 so I figured I'd finally share.

Gt45 on 7lbs 93pump gas

9" 31spline 3.25 gears
wildwood disc brakes
calvert split monos 2" lower
caltracs
tubular control arms
qa1 r drag coilovers
took the car to mir last night for a little heads up event they had going on and managed a measly 2.3 60ft and a 11.9 at 121 on street tires. i dint think it was to bad for 7lb's of boost and a little motor little turbo combo but it will get faster with time and tweaking

you know when i put the cam in the motor i though it was gonna be to much but i had it laying around so id figure i would try it. so far i like it it pulls hard to 7k and sounds mean at idle. the only downside to it really is 12in of vacuum at idle so power brakes suck

Thanks man! It spools pretty good I'm at 7psi with the wastegate open by 3000 to 3200. The wastegate is an $50 emusa 38mm ebay unit that seems to work ok. It will spike to 10 or 12 psi b4 opening sometimes, but for the most part has worked as a $50 wastegate should haha. It's a 3" downpipe that stops about 3" from the Trans crossmember. I do have a borla xr1 muffler to go on it I just haven't made it that far yet. It's really not that loud
