Only one true way to know if you're running to much or to little timing and that is to read those spark plugs. For what its worth I have 14* at WOT with 13 psi peak boost no meth.

I'm also new to tuning but from what I've read this seems to be a good way to go.
I like to take advantage of the meth and use all of its characteristics. I tune my VE with the meth on and then add timing to the IAT adder as a fail safe. Pumps rarely fail if its a quality pump and rebuilt every year if running straight meth like I do.

If you still want help post up some logs and we can discuss.
Do not get a tune from Frost and then Post it up asking for help. He will not like that.

18 is not to much if your engine is happy with it. I usually get to 16-19 degrees on mine.

Exactly. I will just have two tunes: one without meth and one with meth.

To me there is no point I don't run without it.

You have misunderstood what I was saying. If he doesn't what to pay frost for a tune then at that point he should post up some logs so we can look them over. There would be no point into paying for a quality tune and letting some IP hack it up.

I agree just wanted to point that out Incase there was any misunderstanding. Frost (Steve) is a great guy but there is one thing he doesn't like then that is it lol. I've worked with him a bunch and had many of conversations with him aswell.
