This isn't a good time to be running low on funds. lol You're going to need a complete fuel system to get to 1000 rwhp, not just a fuel pump. I'd go with -8 or -10 Teflon lines, and either two pumps in the tank or a large external pump. 95lb or large fuel injectors are going to be needed.
With a 4 bolt per cylinder block and head combination, you're going to be limited to 18 to 20 psi of boost before you start pushing water. With a ProCharger you may or may not see 1000 rwhp with your combination, 900+ rwhp for sure. Here is a link to the ProCharger kit that I sell, to give you an idea of what it would cost if you went with a ProCharger. http://shop.brutespeed.com/ATI-1TE10...-Speed-Kit.htm In the options section, you would need to go with the Aster bracket, and I would go with an F-1C and the front mount.
A lot of people do it much cheaper by building a turbo kit, but I sell a lot of ProCharger kits to people who get tired chasing turbo related problems. In my opinion, those who have the most success with a turbo kit tend to be the type who have above average mechanical skills. Bob

There are tons of 4 bolt setups holding well over 18-20 psi.

If you have fabrication and welding skills, turbo can be done on the cheap. The other cheap way into boost is to buy used but there are many risks in buying a used turbo kit.

What is "cheap" to you or what's your budget after your fuel system? You can do a turbo kit or get with Huron speed for a kit.
