What is the best product to "glue" heads on??

Right, I have nipped it before. Last time out I took out the porcelain. We read the plugs every pass, especially #7 and it was all good. When I say nipped, I don;t mean a full blown burned ground strap. Once it was clearly partially melted (probably 30%) and the other time you could barely discern the damage.
