the problem of putting the turbo on the side of the engine is you are limited to how big of a turbo you could use.

who needs abs?
id like to see the twins come to the front of the engine so you could stuff a couple of 60 series turbos there.
yummy.

That is a Wagner Automotive Research intake. I am sure it will be plumbed for EFI. Notice the cast-in injector bungs.

That is cool I would like to see how that car turns out. Big turbo and a more traditional style intake with Big air to water intercooler
That car is going to be fast

That is a GM carb intake for the LS1. Wagner did the development for them. It will be plummed for EFI w/our fuel rails and all. It is Christies car we are using to mock up the headers on her car will be a monster twin turbo and it will be insane fast.

Thanks Nate

Looks great.

How is the steering rack clearance?

Looks like you can keep the stock alternator location which is nice.

So if I ditched my power steering and went to a manual rack it looks like I would still lose AC. Is there a smaller compressor that we could use that could get mounted somewhere else? It's looking more and more like a single kit might be in my future instead of twins

Also, would the WAR intake fit under an SS hood with a 90* bend on top? It doesn't look like it would...

Thanks,

PSJ it is high above the rack. The last tube is fairly close to the steering shaft but should clear. This is the second set we have made because of clearance issues.

Scott you could keep the A/C no problem just would need to route the down pipe elsewhere. It is just perfect right where the A/C compressor is. And the intake does not fit without some hacking on the cowl and a tall hood.

Nasty N8, could you PM me with an *approximate* price range for the headers you recently posted pictures of.

Thank you!

N8,

I will give you a call tomorrow to discuss a few options. If I go with a large single kit it would probably be in the 101mm range.

Thanks,
