Default Holley HP Question

I am ditching my BS3 this Winter and going with the Holley HP system. All I need to get is the computer and the LS harness correct? What is the best price people have found it for?

computer and holley specific harness, for your engine, make sure you get 24x or 58s right of course, members have chimed in before that there are great places to buy these from and places with the best support over the phone etc, so i will let them chime in on that

Most of what I see is all separate. That's why I am a little confused on exactly what I need to get.

I was just about to ask this same question .
Looks like 550-602 would be the correct part number . Am I right?

Injectors are seperate, input/output harness is separate. Converted my gen1 with their kit and extra sensors like fuel pressure and oil pressure were seperate as well, don't know if that's included with the LS harness. One thing to consider is the tech support of jegs and holley, in my experiences it wasn't that great, if you buy from more of a race shop you can often get better base tunes and better tech support should you run into anything.

Are you not going to the davis technologies traction control? Something to think about is what all you need to be controlled. The dominator has way more control with the inputs and the PWM outputs. Boost control, fuel pumps, fans, traction control, nitrous controller, etc. If you don't need them, then it's the same software.

I was going to order the hp as well, but I would be to close to the limits of the inputs and wouldn't be able to add the traction control down the road. So I'm just going to get the dominator from the get go.

there are so many diff combos, injector types, reluctor types, LS1, LS2, etc that you need to order correct harness's
They have a one part #(HP) for basic LS1 24 rel. that has all in one, but as you get away from that then you need to customize

I just think the Holley is more user friendly for someone like my self that's not an actual "tuner"

I have bounced around the idea of HP or Dominator but I already have a Boost Leash that I like and all things like fuel, fans, etc I have on switches and are all turned on before the burnout and gauges that read everything
