new trunk pan plug welded into place. Not a show car so just did it the fastest and easiest way possible. Anything is better that riveted sheet metal with putty
welded new panel in and seam sealed it. primed and painted the bare metal.
seamed sealed and primed and painted the bare metal
ran a final layer of seam sealer on it.
used our bedlining gun and used some left over bedlining we had from a previous truck to seal this up for good . Didnt turn out too bad considering how quickly we did it.
rust directly on the seat buckle hole. Dont want that. Had to remove the inner panel and weld a new inner panel in.

here you can see we decided to not go with their cage and make our own along with using a few pieces of pipe from their kit. Everything still had to be cut and notched.

okay, so this is really the first time this info has been released. We worked closey with matt from billet speed to bring you guys what we believe is the best alternator relocation on the market. Not only can you use the truck alternator, but you can also use high rise valvecovers.
As you can see, the mount allows for plenty of water pump wrap along with tons of clearence for your flipped manifolds. If your interested in one of these, contact me or matt from billet speed to purchase one!

Wanted some more airflow for the intercooler so i drilled 2 2.5" holes in the bumper and installed a crappy grill overtop.
Fuel rails powdercoated gloss black. The red on the inside of the rails is where they were anodized before.
