Default Cam Help

I am looking at a 4.8/5.3 (probably the 4.8) stock except for a cam swap/springs and car intake (for clearance issues) with one of the on3 7876 turbos. Manual, 3.55 gears and about a 3000 lb car. SD 60 lb injectors.

I have two trickflow cams already laying around I would like to use one:

30602001 - 216/220 @ .050, .560/.560 114 LSA

and

30602002 - 220/224 @ .050 .575/.575 112 LSA

Which cam would be the best choice for this and will the 60 lb injectors be enough.

Also hoping for 600-700 whp. Probably wanting a little high, is that much power possible with this setup.

Any rough guesses on spool time for the street?

Input would be great!

The smaller one seems to have -5 degrees of overlap while the larger one seems to have -1 degree of overlap so I think either or would be okay. Just not 100% sure.

Also I guess realistically 500-600 rwhp is a little easier goal but I would like to be over the 600 mark.

Use the 216/220 114 camshaft. Should see positive manifold pressure by 3000-3200rpm and full boost a little above 4000rpm with the stick. Maybe a few hundred RPM earlier or later depending on the tune up.
