Default Whats Fasteners Are Needed for Turbo LY6?

I just picked up a nice 38k mile 2008 LY6 4L80e combo for a turbo build in my 1968 Impala. I have done LS swaps before but I am new to forced induction. Honestly I have never seen more "gray area" on a specific topic other than turbocharging. There are so many variables that what works is all over the place and I have been trying to educate myself and feel overwhelmed. The motor I have is looks really good inside. 38k miles to me is good since its not worn out, but would have blown up by now if there was a defect somewhere.

It will have a T6 and my tuner said "let it make what it wants to make" which should be somewhere in between 12-18 lbs.

What fasteners are really needed in the long block?

The plan was to install LS9 head gaskets and either ARP head bolts or chinese head studs. I would not classify this as a junkyard build since the motor was not cheap, so I am open to recommendations.

Also, at these boost levels, should I re-gap the top rings?
