Well the 60's worked out well, but I'd like to see a regular try a set of the 75's to see if they really idle well.

but if you're maxing out the 57 early, don't you think that the 60's will be only slightly better??

Here's a few things to think about for the discussion.

The 75lbs High Impedences are made by RC Engineering. They use the competing spray control technology which tends to be a little more difficult to fine tune then the spray control method that the Mototrons use.

For those wondering why the Mototrons are doing so well, don't forget that their very conservative rating of 60lbs is at 43.5PSI (some vendors flowmatch them and confirm them to be more like 63-65lbs at 43.5PSI). If you do the math to run them at our stock 60PSI you can see why they work out great for LS1 applications. You see they advertise them running up to 85lbs at 87PSI so they track with boost applications. There are still others out there that push them beyond the posted high range numbers for offshore racing applications.

As for the smooth idle everyone sees, they can tune down to the limits of LS1 Edit which I think is around 1.8 millisec for the pulsewidth. They actually have custom applications that run them down to 1.5 millisecs. They tend to be very linear and therefore very predictable and easier to tune.

Talking 72 # injectors

Actually they are not 75 but 72 and they are made by RC Engineering. I have them on my 02 TA, and hopefully will have the dyno tuning done, by the end of next week. I will post, with the results.

Engine is
427 C5-R
Moldex Billet Crank
Carillo Rods
Diamond Pistons
CR 9.7 to 1
F1 Blower, Steel bracket, 8 rib (10-12#)
72# injectors
Cam is 232/240 .600 .600 115LS
Stage III (as they call it) LS6 heads
1.7 Jesel mohawk Shaft Rockers
Aeromotive 1000 fuel pump
Custom Intercooler
Custom Radiator Much smaller than stock w/ 2 massive spal fans
Custom AC condensor, much smaller than stock
Mark Williams 9" rear end, 3.73 gear
Carbon Drive Shaft
Truetech Aluminum control arms
Hotchkins Subframe connectors
BMR-Tublar K-member
Wilwood 6 pison calipers
Custom Chrome-moly Roll cage
Mecham Carbon Fiber hood (But will be painted to match color of car)
(Can't have a carbon hood on a TA), they normally do this in fiberglass, but I wanted the 11 lb version.

Sorry about the list, just wanted to share. I want my car back sooooo bad I can't stand it. More Performance is finishing putting the final touches on the build. They did the whole thing, and driving it withstanding I think they have done a fantastic job. Engine dyno results with the D1, and no intercooler and 58# injectors yeilded 712HP and 748 Ft TQ on the engine dyno at 3300 RPM.

If anyone would like to offer the answer to this question, why when you post your HP numbers do you all not post at what RPM. Does it not make a difference.

Im glad to see the SLP headers with 700+rwhp. I've read a lot of negative things about them holding back power. I guess you can't believe everything you read.

Once again, what brackets were used? When you said 93 octane j/k does that mean just kidding and that it was actually on race gas or what?
