Blower cam suggestions?

Blower cam suggestions?
I have a 98 c5 6 speed that I'm about to do a simple build on and need some advice for a cam with my setup. I just need to deside on a cam kit and a blower and I will be ready to order everything those are the only things holding me up.
Plans
A&A T trim or ECS NOVI 1500
Meth injection
Blower cam, springs, pushrods etc?
1 7/8 headers 3" exhaust
Timing chain and oil pump
Ls9 head gaskets
Ls7 lifters
Arp head studs
Turnin rocker upgrade
Already have a good clutch in the car
I'm shooting for 600whp with meth on a stock bottom end ls1. I'm having a hard time with my cam selection though I like a good lopey cam at idle like the arun stage 3 jam cam. This is not my DD just a fun car I like to drive a lot and carry to the strip every once In a while.
What would you guys recommend?
I've heard the 98 ls1 cars can be tricky to tune with bigger cams is this true?

Cam selection is so dependant on what you want the car to sound/feel/perform like it will be hard for us to recommend what YOU want.
The 98 PCM will be more tricky to tune, but I don't know that a bigger or smaller cam will make a difference (but maybe it will).
My advice would be to pick a cam based purely upon how it will make the car perform, and then just have it cut on a lower LSA for the sound.
Or you could just go BIG. Big cams will not give you much down low, but they will give you the sound you are looking for and the higher RWHP. The loss down low may end up being benefitial as it will give the car a chance for traction before it comes on like a boss later in the RPM band. There's someone running a 244/254 .578/.578 114 LSA on a modified blower car with good success, but again, that's HUGE.

I've called and talked with A&A about what they would recommend and they say there stage 2 blower cam. ECS recommends there Stage 1 blower cam.
Both of these cams sound very very mild to me at idle but both make great power. ECS has ran a 9.1 in the 1/4 with a stock bottom c5 with that cam and novi 2000

My blower cam has a nice sounding idle and is well proven. Check it out at the above link. Bob

Yes it is, and it tunes up just fine with a '98 pcm. Thanks. Bob
