Default Turbo setup advise/help

I'm building a 1964 Belair 2dr, 5.3ls, Turbodriven s400sx single turbo, th350 3800 stall by North Texas Converter, 9in 35 spline axles, spool 3.50 gear ratio. Building a pro-touring style setup but it will be my daily driver. My wheel setup is 20x7 front, 22x9 rear C5 design. I have a few questions as to whichdumwastegatedumI need, diameter of hotside piping, ect. As of right now I just bought a T4 log style passenger manifold. That will tie in to the left ZL1 stock manifold and the crossover pipe will run behind my oilpan/under my torque converter. 2.5in diameter piping. I'll attach pics of my t4 log manifold that was built by Dirty Dingo Motorsports. I have a Turbonetics SG 45dumwastegatedumand have read mixed reviews on this wastegate. I'll be using E85 for fuel, looking to run 18-20psi of boost, need help on picking injectors and fuel line sizing. Any help would be greatly appreciated as to what I need, change, ect for my turbo setup. Thx!!!

don't take this wrong but have you ran a turbo before?
a proper size turbo setup at 18-20 psi and 3.50 gears with 3800 converter and that type of tire let's say may not be the best combo.
my boy has a malibu turbo'd 5.3 with a 76 mm turbo with a turbo 350 with a 10" 3400 converter feeding a 3.0 rear axle with mickey thompson et streets and it still has some traction issues at 8.5 psi boost. if the regular tires are on it going down the highway you can smoke the tires from 50 mph no downshifting necessary. this car really needs a slightly tighter converter for street use.

i have 2 1/4" hot side and 3" cold side , 4" exhaust.
i am on E85 using 80 lbhr injectors fed by 2 450 lph intank pumps (only one in use at low boost) 1/2" feed line ,3/8" return

This is just going to be a bad *** street car. I'll have a rear tire/wheel setup for the strip.

And yes, I have had a turbo vehicle before, but nothing like this. I had every part speed for my setup. Cam, converter, turbo, ect. I just love the look of a big wheel tucked and that's why I went that route. If I need a reflash on the conveter, I will have that done for free.

With a wheel like that, once it gets spinning pretty fast and you lose traction, it'll be like skating on ice. Watch yourself.

80 lb injectors will do it if you don't skimp on the pump(s)

With E85 you will max out those injectors fast especially when you get into the 20 psi range. I dont have any recommendations but i would go bigger than that if i was you

There are people here who have made 1000hp on 80s and E85. You need to make sure you have enough pump to put out the pressure without reduced flow.

There are lots of issues with the Holley 1800 and E85 right now from what I hear.

You looking for internals or externals? The magnafuel 4303 sounds like what you need.

I'm not having issues with the Holley pump on E85. I hope I dont.

Really GOOD injectors cost a lot of money.

If you use 80's you will need a lot of pump. If you use 127's for example, you can get by with a more moderate pump.

That 4303 is popular. And reported to be reliable.

I'm running the 12-1800 and ID1000's on E85 and am now walking the line on pressure vs volume at approx 750 rwhp.

External pump. Thx for the info Ron. So are you going to buy a different pump or injectors? Which ever you decide let me know so I can start purchasing my fuel setup. Are you guys running stock fuel rails? I'm running a gen 4 5.3 truck manifold. So I hope I can use my stock fuel rails and just buy injectors. Thx for the replys.
