J2 Engineering Intercooler
J2 Engineering Intercooler Anyone run one of these? I put one in my Chevelle but I was wondering how they perform? Looks like you are right Joe. They bagged me $50 for a box and a pop riveted plate. Is Speed Daddy and DNA Motorsports the same???

The big 4" core that CX Racing sells has been in the 7s before.
They aren't the most efficient cores, but at 25% less efficiency for 85% less cost than a bell intercooler, its hard to argue bang for the buck against them.
I have a Speed Daddy intercooler on my SRT4. Been a few years and it's still working great.

I've got the 4in eBay cooler, 17lbs made 723rwhp and I see 120° intake temps. I never tested it but I think the pressure drop is pretty serious. My BOV is pre IC and I have a hard time keeping it closed. I have the biggest spring combo in there and only the top port referenced. Treadstone makes good budget IC's too, that's what I'm doing on my next build.
