Default Fender Exhuast Outlet

Im thinking about running my exhaust through my front bumper out the side. Whats the best way to go about lining it up and cutting the bumper? dremel? just wanna make this painless and easy.

I just pulled measurements on how low I could go and referenced it to where my turbo was. I taped it off with painters tape and used a dremel.i had to adjust my cut a little on the exhaust and it put a very slight bend in it doing it this way but, I knew the exhaust was going to exit exactly where I wanted it and knew that I didn't put a 4" hole in bumper for nothing.

Its also easier to cut the hole where you want it and then make the final part of the pipe. If its tight plan ahead and use some v bands for ease of install.

Ya but they are very high. A 2" is around 20$. Use a dremel, works fine. I'm sure you'll use s trim ring anyways unless you bringing it out of fender?

I just used a drill and drill bit don't even remember the size smaller than a 1/4 bigger than a 1/8. Just stuck the pipe up there about where I wanted it to be traced it out drilled a hole then followed the line.
